Synopsis
All 13 episodes from the second season of the animated series. One year on from the 'Tachikawa Incident' and the CROWDS system, which gives physical manifestation to an individual's mental state, has proliferated among the general public. While many people embrace the technology and the prime minister gives his full support to it, there are those who violently disagree. When the prime minister comes under attack, the seeds of a new conflict are sown.
